At Urban Paws & Co., each item is made to order with care.
Because our decals and products are custom-made and produced in small batches, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
However, if your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will happily work with you to resolve the problem.
To help us assist you quickly, please include:
• Your order number
• A photo of the item and packaging (if damaged)
If a product is confirmed to be faulty or damaged in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Please note that we are not responsible for incorrect application of decals. Application instructions will be provided with your order.
